- Get a small vacuum cleaner that you can use to clean your car. Oftentimes, we’d eat inside the car and have crumbs and remnants of our food under the seats or in tight corners of the car. Use the vacuum cleaner to get debris from the floor mats, seats the pedals and in other obscure places. Having the car’s interior cleaned up removes potentially dangerous materials in your car and helps keep it in good condition.
- Shampoo the car’s carpets to remove the dirt away. After some years of use, mats get real dirty. If your car uses carpets as its floor mats; having them shampooed or cleaned professionally is a must. For cars that have rubber or “all season” mats, it’s easier to clean as you could wash them with common cleaning solutions. This removes dirt and sticky materials that could make it unsafe for driving.
- Find the right kind of cleaning agent for your car. For tough stains, have the interiors professionally cleaned. For light or easy-to-remove stains, flex some muscles and get them to work.
- Make sure that you never miss anything when you clean the interior. No matter how tight some corners could get, you should never miss those tight spots. It takes a lot of patience and hard work to have everything covered but the results could be well rewarding.
They say beauty shouldn’t be only on the outside. So go, get your tools and start cleaning the interiors of your ride and keep that brand new look of your cars interior for years to come.
